Listen, I agree that Hellcat driver was most likely operating his new car way outside his skill set, but I can not be 100% sure. Neither can you. We just choose to look at it differently.

I hit a deer with a tuck once, when I was 18, damn thing came out of no where. However, I didn't panic and crash. But I did have to fix my truck. With that being said, sorry raccoon is gonna die.....
