Got back in the gym that monday and I have been pushing my lifts hard since then, and I'm feeling exhausted. Trying to figure why I'm feeling like this, all I want to do is sleep, and I still wake up tired. I also started a new job December 1st so I'm sure the stress of that is not helping out. Would you recommend taking a deload this week or waiting it out...trying to figure out if it is my training or something else making me feel like this

9/1-9/7 was my last deload before the taper and week of meet.
Well there's a lot above that probably factors into it, but....

You are experiencing what it is like, the feeling you get, after you do a hard training cycle and peak for a competition. When you are truly at your "peak" you will experience a "come back down" phase afterwards. And it only gets worse the stronger you get. Doesn't just apply to strength athletes.....Usain Bolt isn't capable to run a 9.5 100m every day. And strength athletes as they get stronger and truly learn how to train and peak for a meet, can't hit meet #'s every day of the week.

That being said it could be something else. I get that same feeling this time of year, every year, when it gets colder. Always have....I'm like a bear and just want to hibernate.
