Watching all the Corvette apologists coming out in droves to defend the new Z06 has been fairly entertaining.
I do agree that the excuse of "it's a new car, it's going to have teething problems" is utterly stupid. A C7 Z06 is at minimum a nearly $80,000 car, and with all the bells and whistles it's over $100,000. It's not exotic, it shouldn't have "teething problems", if that is GM's excuse then it's a pretty sorry attempt at covering up a major screw up.
