Based on what I've seen and heard while on plant tours, it takes about 2-1/2 days from the time the frame starts assembly to the time the completed car rolls off the line. That time can vary somewhat based on a number of variables such as line stops, parts shortages, etc. Your car probably started assembly some time Thursday the 20th. I think the TPW implies the week it is completed, not necessarily started, and keep in mind the TPW is just a close approximation - actual production date does move around a bit because of the many variables I mentioned earlier.
