Not quite right. MagnaRide is a GM suspension system, Ferrari license it from GM. Also if I remember correctly the first car to use it was the C5 corvette. GM has been improving it the whole time, the 2nd gen MagnaRide was implemented on the C6 ZR1, the 3rd gen MagnaRide was first implemented on the ZL1 (2012), all of it WAS developed by GM.
