Yep. And the fact that it had either a candy or pearl coat on it boosted the price; she only had to pay for the supplies and not the labor.
If I get one before I graduate, or still have the availability of a spray/bake, I could do it myself being trained as an A&P and painting a plane is as difficult or more difficult than painting a show car..
Mind you in different ways (keeping weight down and having a show finish)..but it is tough. Loving that Irish Green/Midori Green from that palate, DIC.
