I'd take it if it needed one. I have 7 dogs now...one more or 10 more is not a problem. Regarding the second bold, it didn't say in the article, did they even do anything to the owner? Arrest him?

No they don't....it's a good time of year because so many are adopted this time of year....but it's also a bad time of year because so many don't realize what's involved....In addition if those that PAID for an animal this Christmas would adopt one instead....what a difference it would make.
