Correct, however there has been spy photo's of what appears to be the new CTS-V testing on the 'Ring.

Unless they just offer that as a stand alone option. Would allow you to special order it from the factory with OEM CCB's. Kind of what some of the European car makers (i.e. BMW) are doing. If GM has the balls to do that, I will be impressed.
