Hello Everyone!
My name is Hamad and I'm from Doha, Qatar. I just bought a brand new SW ZL1 few days a go. It's a 2014, 6MT, fully loaded except the alcantara stick and steering wheel. I never owned a muscle car before, but my brother had a 94 Z28 when I was a kid. The only sports car I owned was a BMW E46 M3 which I kept for 7 years. Replaced it with a Cayenne Turbo, it kept me happy for a while. I was in the market for a 2nd fun car and I was planning to get a 991 GT3(or a GTR), however its production will stop at the end of this year and there isn't any build allocation available in my region. So, I looked at some other cars that were available in here. I went to my Chevrolet dealer and saw this SW ZL1. As soon as I saw the new taillights I fell in love!
I'm so glad I got the ZL1, it's so much fun! and I really missed rowing gears myself!!
I'm planning to do some basic bolt ons and minor cosmetics mods for now. I'll make sure to dyno the car before and after any mods.
Please accept me as a new member in this great community. I love this forum and I hope to contribute and learn more about this beast from you guys.
