Yo Ho's , Hiya Spike and I am sorry that I took you wrong , but to me you quite often seem to come off as better then most on here or I should say that I felt like that was the vibe you were giving off and for me it started with the Quality , quantity discussion and when I read your post that I have quoted below it just hit a nerve and sure seemed you were putting newbies down and I do consider myself a newbie and have a lot of newbie friends .
I knew I should have put "lol" at the end of that sentence. and actually I should have clarified more on that. I wasnt really meaning any of the Post whores, I was meaning more towards the true random posters that mostly only view the stuff here and rarely contribute to anything on the site (be it the tech section, or the whore section)
you are not a noob. if anything you are a nooblet.... lol which is actually a step or 5 up from a basic noob. If RT21 were here, he'd help explain the noob, newb, nooblet, padawan, apprentice stuff that I (and others) joke about. Def no hard feelings.
While I'm at it and we are getting things out , about that reading the 1'st PWA , Shunt who is greg norris , and all of this one as well , which I have done btw , that is hardly inviting to new members who might want to hang out here , in fact unless they have a photographic memory I highly doubt anyone would be able to retain even a quarter of what they read , chit I have a hard time remembering what was said 3 days ago and to be able to find something to quote from back a ways would be next to impossible , Maybe it's time to drop that silly rule

its not a requirement to be allowed to post here, but I dont consider anyone who hasnt read them a true post whore. I might be alone in this, but I consider it part of an "innitiation" of sorts to being a true PW. it is a lot of reading, esp with the way this thread flies. used to be a lot easier, but we have added a lot of people to our ranks and the pages multiply like no tomorrow.
So I have no hard feelings if you don't and yes the tech. stuff is cool but like I said that's
why there are sites for those and thats a good thing for anyone who is into all the tech. stuff , but there are a lot of us who prefur just shooting the bull and the comraddery of the banter , I for one feel right at home here and truely find it to be a release from all the crap the world throws at ya and yes tech stuff on here is cool too but not if it's going to alienate ppl who are less knowlegable and make them feel as they don't belong .
thats part of the reason I like bringing the tech stuff here. I want this to be the best website about the 5th gen Camaro..... and everything else. One thing I hate is for someone to come to this site, and ask about something and be sent to another website for the info. We have the knowledge, we just gotta post it up.
as for the PW thread, it is a place to chill, say hello and relax.
