I am new to this thing but are the numbers I have seen all 2014,
if that map is correct and all are 2013-14 cases I would think stopping flights from or anyone traveling with a recent passport stamp from the countries with hundreds of deaths and from what I understand are still rising rates of deaths and illness numbers would be just a good precautionary measure. US citizens put through a 45 day Quarantine there before putting whole groups on planes returning home then maybe another 45 days here with the flight crew before clearing them as clean bill of health. Over doing it a bit or a lot maybe but an once of prevetion is worth a pound of cure.
