Its really ok though, Ill pay and its over and continue the mods ; ) he was just doing his job (although I personally think he was overachieving haha)

They will usually over-look it all unless they pull you over for speeding. At that point, depending on the officer, they can ticket you for everything. But generally speaking they are not going to pull you over for tinted windows alone. I was let off with a warning for going 50 in a 35 because my wife was sick and had left her insulin at home. So I was moving it. The officer that pulled me over let me go once she found out why I was speeding.
And if I needed to get my wife or kid to the ER. I'd take them myself. Faster than waiting for an ambulance. The police are free to arrest me when I get them there.
