It is in my most humble of opinions that the Challenger is the last real muscle car. The GT/GT500 are steering towards sports car with their track packs, and the Camaro seems to be stuck somewhere in the middle. As described to me by someone who owns both- "The GT500 is the monster sports car, the SRT cant touch it. BUT the SRT is a muscle car, and there is nothing like the feeling of a real one. "
For me its that burly, rough around the edges, man machine that I found out I love in college. Yea I love modern sports cars, but this isnt an expensive fillet and crown royal, its beer, onion rings and hotdogs .... And sometimes, those are better.
