This is true. Out of state is INSANE, but things like WUE tend to help us who aren't bill gate's cousin.

I apologize for saying anything that I said to create drama, and can assure you it was not the intent. Just poking fun at a comment..not here to cause problems
TOPS seems like a great program, but no out-of state help sucks. Time to apply to all those random scholarships that come out of nowhere
