You have to admit that he has a point. Where was the love for loyal Mustang enthusiast in the 4th generation era. I mean Ford straight up got its butt kicked in performance during that time but Ford did not care. Know why? Because they were laughing all the way to the bank selling double the amount of Mustangs than GM was the Firebird AND Camaro combined. This is another reason why I think GM didn't do something to the power of the 5th gen mid model especially the L99. They were making great profits so why dip into those if they don't have to. Both companies would rather make money than satisfy the minority enthusiast. I don't condone it one bit but it is what it is. At the end of it all it's about one thing, money.
