I will admit I used to buy nothing but samsung and HTC phones but I went with an iphone 4 when it came out and since then I haven't and won't look back. They aren't the best in allot of fields (hd display being a big one) but they are reliable and that's why I keep it. Maybe it was just consistent bad luck but every phone before the iphone would only last 6 months tops and I would constantly have to restart them because of freezing or other issues, I have had almost zero problems in 4 years with iphone and customer service is second to none.
