Every once in a while, I get in a "get rid of it"mood. I'll accumulate stuff and one day, I either trash it or sell it.

We had the wettest day on record here in the valley. There is wide spread flooding in various areas of the valley. All I can say is; we did a good job picking an area that is high. There are no large flooding issues going on here.
