This is something that took me a while to understand. I eat more now at 165 lbs vs when i was overweight at 206 because of my body composition. The learning process of knowing your body takes time but once you get it the payoff is fantastic. The tool that really helped me was myfitnesspal for tracking my food. Its super easy to use i highly recommend it.
