Breakfast is oatmeal w/a scoop of vanilla protein mixed in plus a chopped up banana and a small handful of raisins. Plus a splash of almond milk, the banana, protein, and raisins sweeten up the oatmeal perfectly.
I also try to keep the carbs down, pasta or bread once in awhile, but not everyday. I also start dinner w/a huge salad, everyday, then fish, chicken, or beef, but I keep beef to only once a week or so. Veggies as much as I can eat, and I do love my veggies!
Saturday we go out for dinner and anything goes including indulging in a desert!
Works for me, I'm never hungry unless its dinner time. I also try not to eat mindlessly out of boredom. I exercise regularly, lots of stretching and some free weights, nothing heavy like back in the old days. Finish w/some cardio. I love my workouts, great stress reliever and it just makes me feel Great!

This is pretty much how I eat. Breakfast is almost the same except I add one whole egg and 1/2 cup strawberries instead of raisons. I though I was the only one who adds a scoop of vanilla protein to my oatmeal. lol
