If the garage had heat/air conditioning, maybe. I know it sounds like I have an excuse for everything, but I have been trying to find solutions for my exercize issue off & on for years & have already run through a lot of these things. I'll have to post some pics of the space I have available so you get the idea. I will still look through some of the routines posted & try to find one that might work or that I can do modifications of (I have gotten pretty good at coming up with modifications. On Fridays I can make it to our civic center before they close & some days when I get off early & traffic is not bad I can go there before they close. Don't read me wrong or give up on giving me ideas. I want to find a solution.

There are many ways to do this, you've just got to be committed to it. You can get an elliptical, that's what I use in my house due to space limitations, a stepper, a stationary bike any piece of equipment that allows you to adjust resistance, they DON'T take up much room. My elliptical folds up and only takes up a couple of square feet when not used and not much more when open. You don't have to spend much money, in fact, you can most likely get one free or for dirt cheap. There are thousands of people who buy this stuff thinking there going to do it and give up, they are happy to get rid of the equipment. I bought my whole gym like this for cheap as hell.
It sound like you are in the same category as the above mentioned, you have good intensions but you just won't commit to it. It's like the "dieters" looking for the magic pill. If you really want to do it you will make it happen. It's not easy if it was EVERYONE would do it.
I can't hold your hand, I can't do the workouts for you, you have to just do it and yes, honestly, they are just excuses. You can just do body weight exercises, anything, JUST GET OFF OF YOUR BUTT AND DO SOMETHING!!!!
The time it takes to read and post on here is enough time to break a sweat if you really want to.
