I just can't & shouldn't try to function on less than 6 hrs sleep. Anyone figured out how to add more than 24 hrs to your day? I am gradually eating better & adding some activity to my day. Best I can do for now. I'll keep trying to get to bed earlier so I can get up to exercise. Maybe I can do it occasionally but clearly it is not going to be a routine thing. This evening hubby & I plan to try to make it to a little local cruise-in. If we make it I will have to detail Ruby when we get there. That is a bit if a workout. Hope we can manage it. I need the comradery. I'm feeling a bit depressed lately & that is sure not helping.

Janice, look into HIIT. If time is the biggest issue it's the best bang for your buck. In 20 min you can do a workout that will burn cals and build muscle. You will have to ease into it because I guaranty it will kick your butt.
