I worked with a guy 5'10" 150/60 and his bf was super high. If you grabbed his arm it felt like a sponge. Like you were pressing a marshmallow. He had very very little muscle.

Checked hubby's log book, he's doing pretty good, bf has dropped another percent, and yet his weight has stayed the same. His muscle weight went up also, about two pounds. Bravo! Proud of him, I know he's really trying.

But I told him "Do Not Get Below 18%". That's too lean, I don't want to feel like Im hugging an Erection! LOL
This is what gets to me when people say weight loss and all that matters is cals in. vs cals out Weight loss is not the issue unless it's for meeting certain weight classes in various sports and competition, what matters is fat loss , at least to me. If I was 200lbs of solid muscle I'd be thrilled to death, if I was 165lbs with high body fat and no muscle to speak of, well that's a whole different story and I would not be happy at all.
