The 2015 Viper got rave reviews by I believe Motor Trend. Lets see how many sell by the end of the year. You also need to note that corvettes come in many flavors from around $56,000 to over $71,000. If you want magnetic suspension on the corvette it cost you $1,995 dollars ect. So comparing overall corvette sales to the viper is deceiving. There is no $56,000 Viper and the $56,000 Corvette will not come close to Viper performance.
