You signed up to share that pearl? You need to get out more often. SLOW is what Mopar Maniacs have been used to, for some time now. And, for a car that isn't in the hands of any paid-my-money customers, the fastest thing ya got, right now, is your two-finger typing.
So your mission, here (if you choose to accept it), is to get us to admit that the reported 1/4-mile times for an AUTOMATIC HC are much quicker than the usual times for a ZL1? THAT'S your mission?
In the immortal words of everyone's favorite president, Dubya, MISSION ACCOMPLISHED. And I never shed a single tear.
To get the same quote for the 6-Speed would actually require one to have a recorded time. Which it DOESN'T. And there are many out there. right now in the hands of those always-objective auto-scribes. And STILL no times. What's with THAT?!
Bring it to a slalom, or a road-course. Then we'll look forward to your admission in return. Fair?
Remember, they're watching.

The 1/4 mile times from dodge are certified by the NHRA. Show me any time from anyone for a stock ZL-1 that runs faster that 11.2 on street tires. The charger runs it in 11.0. No stock ZL-1 any where runs faster if it did Chevrolet would stand up and say so. Chevrolet will not get the NHRA to do a certification on the ZL-1 because that would make it official that the ZL-1 is slower.
