I'm not sure where this venom is coming from, this is what the dodge engineer said. If it pleases you, you could imagine some outside source driving the SCer to get that number. Ultimately, it means nothing though - just trying to clear up where that number came from.
Or maybe you could consider this to be closer to the power being generated inside the cylinders. Same is true for the ZL1, GT500 et al.
