Oh, they knew they hit the car, it wasn't just a bump, both vehicles shook as a result. Interestingly enough, the offender parked a different car in their stall today.

It actually really pissed me off. What if that was my car that had been hit??? I would hope someone would do the same for me. See threads all the time of people's cars being hit with no note. Plus, I bet this isn't the first time this person has done this, obviously doesn't care about their own vehicle, about time they get caught.
