So, I lurk around here once in a while and was wondering if anyone can offer any good advice for quick results especially around the mid section. I kind of let myself go the last few years. I am 5' 7" and currently I weigh in at 185 but my bmi is around 28 so it is more fat than I would like. For the longest time I was at a nicely toned 150. Life just really got in the way. I was working 12 to 16 hours a day, quit eating right, and don't sleep much anymore. My work load is decreasing to 10 hours a day so I want to get in shape. I would like to be around 175 with a lot less fat. I can't really get to a gym but I do have a Crossbow (always called it a Bowflex knockoff) and some dumbells that range from 10lbs to 50lbs.
