After a year (and 2 wrong orders,) I'm finally able to say I'm getting the Vette I want! Here's the final build:

G1B - Shark Grey Metallic

AQ9 - Jet Black GT bucket leather seats with sueded microfiber
UQT - Performance data & vid recorder
FAY - Carbon interior trim
CFZ - Carbon fiber ground effects
C2Z - Roof panel with visible carbon fiber and body color surround
TTV - Carbon flash painted rear mirror & outside mirror + spoiler
QCC - Machined black alum rims
And black painted calipers
This will be the only one of its kind in Dubai because everyone here gets what the dealer orders and has no choice- but they messed up my order so many times I ended up escalating it to top management which is why I got to sit down and pick whatever I wanted.
I'll post pics in November when she's here!
All I want now are the clear rear brake lights like I've seen on a Z06... I don't know if those will be available any time before the Z06 is officially in the market...
