All the Vararam does is get cooler air, but with all the warping of the intake/injested sand/water hydrolock, it's really a gamble running a Vararam product. TONS of horror stories on the vette forum of terrible quality on the Vararam.....just do a search.
So - the point regarding the air means If they pretty much ran back-to-back runs, the air isn't going to change too much I imagine, so the test was, for the most part, pretty scientific, IMO. It doesn't much matter what the car ran months before if they are going to baseline the car immediately before running the modified test...

I can't refute actual measured data, however, we can only take them for their word, and data (track times, etc.) that they provide. I'm sure members will be doing their own tests, so I figure we'll find out eventually. While the placement of the intake on the 'Vette gets the opening pretty close to the ground, I could swear there's a block-off plate that they had for those cars too for inclimate weather. If I'm mistaken - I'm sorry. I don't know what the other posts have been, and I'll admit to not having one of these systems, nor seeing one in person, myself, however, it seems the me the theory is pretty sound (I'm no engineer though...). IMO - most of the time, when you hear from a person, it's only because they have a complaint. More people complain than say they're happy with a product. Regardless, I know that there are many ways that a product can be mishandle, installed, or mistreated; the same can be said for there are many ways manufacturing can influence the overall quality of a product. Camaro is a different car, and we're being kept in the loop pretty well considering. I think it's best, for those of us who are interested, to give them some time and see how things turn out. I'm sure there are going to be plenty of people who report on how much they liked/disliked the product.

Now - let's get back on topic. We're talking about dyno'/power/tuning
