I have no idea. It's all really confusing to me. I hope some one on hear cna shed more light on it, but I believe even GM said racing is a no no, track use ok but racing no.
technically racing is against other cars, or trying to beat the clock, so that already has a tricky definition.
Just look at it this way, GM said its warrantied for track use, anything goes wrong just say you were tracking it. GM was the most clear about something that has lots of catches and props to them for that.
