I'm now kicking around the idea of a RT 392 Scat Pack manual which someone here said was $37,xxx msrp so knowing how heavily Dodge can discount its vehicles it may be possible to get into a 392 Challenger for $34,xxx.
$35k'ish would be kick ass especially after listening to the vid of Richard Rawlings showing off its "factory dumps" sure it wont be as quick as the 8 speed auto but I will have more fun with the exhaust barking, popping and blurbling every time I shift and can go WOT more often without the risk of speeding. Plus there would be less chance of me getting bored with it especially when taking it to the track. With a (485hp)manual you can always improve on something vs mashing the gas and keeping in straight. I do want to wait and see how the lighter weight 'cuda turns out.
