Let's see, I ran 11.00@123? boosted at Bandimere, and 10.65@126? boosted at Houston Race Park. Over 10,000' difference in DA on the runs. Same 6420lb raceweight, same GT4202R.
Turbos are far less affected by altitude changes than blowers and n/a motors, but I suspect you know this.

Except the Hellcat apparently can carve corners...probably better than 98% of drivers could handle.
