hey gta when i used to power lift hitting my plateau sucked so bad

, and he may be right about the food because if your putting on muscle your body requires more food to feed your muscles or your body will start basically eating itself to get the energy to recover
so then your metabolism and new muscle development begins to slow

so time to increase your efforts lol and eat maybe like one more snack(healthy lol) through out the day
thats cool i didn't know you had a trainer

hell i wish i could go to a gym but i have a treadmill and elliptical and some free weights that i use, i'm still getting results but i know its not like it used to be when i was in the weight room everyday lol
