Yup. The next closest house is over 10 acres away.
And yes, that's an outhouse. I just rebuilt it about 10 years ago because its grandfathered. If you get rid of it, you can't get it back. Never had to use it, but its nice to have just in case. I own 10 acres here, so its all mine as far as the eye can see.
