Nope. Each preorder code gives you three beta codes to use on one console. Like for instance my preorder code gave me three ps4 codes because I redeemed it for PS4 US.
Also I just got an email from Sony with ONE PS3 beta code and ONE PS4 beta code. These cannot be used to redeem on Bungie's site. They're for downloading the beta, not redeeming. So I have two PS4 codes left and one PS3 code left to use to download not redeem.
