LOL. The 454R is not street legal and requires 110 octane race gas. You would hear that high lift cam and high compression coming from a mile away. 
The Hellcat needs a supercharger to get 700+ hp while the 454R is making 700+ naturally aspirated. That alone should tell you a lot.
