VERY bad idea to take Xanax. Yeah, It will help when you take it, it is "happy pills" but very addictive. You are better off finding yourself a good therapist! They you can learn the skills you need to manage your symptoms. Feel free to PM me if you want to chat about it. I am a therapist but I specialize in young children. Anxiety can be very tough to manage but can be managed.
