The 2nd gen 5.0 will get charge motion control valves that will produce the lower end torque that the coyote presently doesnt generate.. I dont think the lt1 will decimate the 5.0 whatsoever. The 5.0 will get d.i in 2016, making close to 470+ hp...Gm will need to make sure the next camaro isn't a fat pig like it is now ( I had a 2011), the game is going to get very interesting in a year or so. Gearing is going to be crucial in both of these.
