It has nothing to do with push rods. It has everything to do with GM building an engine and then never upgrading it. Not to mention the fact that everyone and their mother knows the LT1 will be in the SS Camaro and will make 450 horsepower or less. Ford and Dodge have both modified their engines to increase power over time. I don't understand why GM refuses to do the same thing.
