The Hellcat's 10.85 run fits between the LPE700 and HPE700. Using linear interpolation, it would need 6.24 HP/lb so to move 4400 lbs equals 705 rwhp!
Is the 707 rating rear wheel? Maybe its additional weight its helping it hook better.
