Well in this case, I have to side with the creator and holder of the copyright. Had Dreamworks paid her to use the product and legitimized her art work, she could have made millions selling that air-freshener "mass marketing it" to auto-shops and other vendors. Both would have been happy..And $850,000 lawsuit is a fair one ine this case..
