The Viper is still an iconic car. Looks 100x better and is considered a super car. Vipers will still sell based off of their looks and name. Bring both to a car show and any half brain dead person won't know if the challenger is 700 hp or not. They won't care. Most rich people don't really look for cars like the challenger when shopping, again the name comes to mind first. They hear Viper or Challenger and they shoot for the Viper. I don't think the Viper sales will drop because of this car honestly.
