I am sorry to tell you this but the backing in thing is taught in a lot of safe driving courses. Where I work all of the managers have to take a safe driving course, taught by an outside company, every couple of years because we are on the road so much. The people giving the course may change every time but the content doesn't change much. With that said,
I can't stand this fascination with having your pants down around your knees, especially when I am some where trying to eat. It is not a fashion statement it is a sign of belonging to someone named bubba or letting the rest of bubba's crew know that you are open for business.
Whiney ass people.
