Silverado, it almost looks too curvy and fluid to be the Cien...
I'm stressing the concept part of my opinion: look at those rear-view mirrors. they look...concept Camaroish, no? The wheels are crazy-big. Whatever it is, C7 or not; it HAS to be a concept car.
