The manuals do have paddles in the same location as the auto paddle shifters. However, for us manual owners the paddles are just the on-off switch for the Rev Match feature. Both paddles are labeled "Rev Match" and both operate as the switch for both on and off. You don't have to use one for on and the other for off. In no way can these paddles shift gears for you in a manual car - you have to row your own.
