The draft won't be for another 2-3 weeks or so. I'm going to create the league probably tomorrow and send info to the people who've posted in this thread to make sure they sign up, then I'll post the info in the thread for everyone that sees this at a later date.
And for the person who said that 16 teams is too many, you need to up your knowledge of the game and make good picks. It just means that the depth goes much farther and teams won't be full of superstars.
