I understand what everyone is saying, and regardless of who is right, between my dealership and GM, I am expecting a positive resolution or off I go to small claims court and everything else Z51Stingray has suggested. I have not done the survey yet. GM keeps emailing me to fill it out. I told GM I'm not going to do it until this is resolved. I shall do as Z51Stingray has suggested as he is almost always right (small barb back).
