Yeah, I've been through a drought before, years ago. They would have police patrol to make sure people weren't washing cars and all that. Ha, my dad would tell me to keep a lookout so he could water his garden. I hope you get a blessing from a rain God. You'll need a ton before they start to lift all the bans.
