I think some of you don't understand the situation... it isn't about his car, it's about his truck.....
Example: You live in an apartment complex with unassigned parking.
Your job requires you to drive out of town for a week.
When you leave the apartment you put cones in the parking spot near your apartment. When you get back home a week later you find someone has thrown your cones in the trash......
Or let's say your wife goes to Walmart every friday. To make certain she gets a spot close to the building she sets up cones in 'her' spot, expecting them to be there next friday when she returns.
Is that right, OP?
