The 2012 MY introduced the three mode adjustable suspension (two mode for the stick shift). Just changing out a Daimler part for a Fiat part will not just automatically drop 13 seconds of a lap time. The Challenger needs a whole new reworked chassis - the current one they are on will not cut it.
